Daniel A. Stephenson, Esq.
Dan is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County. He graduated from Elizabethtown High School in 2000, as a National Merit Scholar, AP Scholar, and Presidential Scholar. He graduated from Elizabethtown College in 2005, with dual bachelors degree in Computer Science and English. While at Elizabethtown College, he was a captain of the Mock Trial Team, and worked as a Law Clerk for the firm of Gringrich, Smith, Klingensmith & Dolan.
After college, Dan earned a full academic scholarship to Widener University School of Law, where he graduated with Juris Doctor degree, Law & Government Institute Certificate, and Certificate of Achievement in White Collar Crime, in 2008. While in Law School, he worked as an extern at the Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, Office of Counsel. He passed the bar exam in the summer of 2008, and was licensed to practice law the same year.
After law school, Attorney Stephenson worked for over four years as an associate attorney at VanOrmer & Associates, after which he opened his own firm, the Law Office of Daniel A. Stephenson, in 2014. In 2017, Dan combined practice with Darrell N. VanOrmer, Jr.,
to form VanOrmer & Stephenson, P.C. Dan serves as an Arbitrator on the Lancaster County Board of Arbitrators, and served for several years as the Judge of elections for the 1st ward of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.
Dan is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all lower courts, the Federal Dsitrict and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and all U.S. Immigration Courts.
